Man, today I wanna talk about this Patek Philippe 5327G-001 watch that I’ve been messing with. I heard some folks online calling it the “Grand Complications.” Sounds fancy, right? Guess it’s pretty complicated to make.
So, I got my hands on this replica. It’s supposed to be a copy of the real deal, the Patek Philippe Grand Complications (Reference 5327G-001). This one’s got a white gold case and a blue dial, about 39mm across. It’s supposed to show the day, date, month, and even the moon phases. Pretty wild stuff.
First, I started digging around to see where I could even find one of these replicas. Turns out, there are some specialty stores online that sell them. I ended up ordering one from one of those places. They even have the original box and a year of production of 2024.
When it arrived, I spent a good chunk of time just looking at it. It’s a good-looking watch, I’ll give it that. The blue dial is really something else, and the white gold case feels pretty solid. I tried setting the time and the date, and that was a bit of a learning curve. There are a bunch of little pushers on the side that you have to use.
- I pushed this one to change the date.
- Then I figured out that one was for the month.
- And another one, I think, is for the moon phase.
To be honest, I’m still not 100% sure I got it all right, but it’s close enough for now. It is a Perpetual Calendar.
Then wore it around for a few days. It’s definitely a conversation starter. People noticed it, and I even got a few compliments. I did notice that it’s a bit heavier than my usual watch, but I guess that’s to be expected with all the stuff going on inside.
My Impression
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with this replica Patek Philippe 5327G-001. It’s a nice-looking watch, and it seems to keep time pretty well. It’s definitely not something I’d wear every day, but it’s a fun piece to have in the collection. If you’re into watches and you’re looking for something that looks fancy but not too fancy, this might be worth checking out. Just be prepared to spend some time figuring out how to set all the complications!
